Through weaving the individual voice timbres together in detailed and dense structures, they create a sound world that feels both human and otherworldly. Guided by an underlying sonic story, the singers take us into a cosmos of plopping mouth sounds, mumbled chords and whistling air sounds. References to pop songs, giggles and melodies come and go as ghosts from the past. The trio will play new music they\u2019ve been working on playing with themes of communication break down, conflict management and an obsession with how to have the worst possible argument and resolve it utterly unfairly. Together, they create music in the momen; attentive, dynamic, and unpredictable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-g8pbx32037\">Andreas R\u00f8ysum has been central to the Norwegian free jazz scene in recent years, and has been involved with bands such as Miman, Nakama, his self-titled ensemble, and adventurous collaborations with names such as Mark Sanders, John Edwards, Joshua Abrams, and Hamid Drake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-586qf32039\">Kaja Draksler, from Slovenia, has performed internationally across Europe, the USA, and Canada. In addition to her frequent solo concerts, her active projects include her Amsterdam-based Octet, the trio Punkt.Vrt.Plastik, and duets with Terrie Ex, Susana Santos Silva, Marcin Masecki (Draksler\/Bach\/Masecki), and Szymon G\u0105siorek (Czajka &amp; Puchacz).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-z68jt32041\">Ivar Asheim, from Norway, has been based in Copenhagen since 2020, where he has made his mark on the scene as a founding member of the artist collective CRRNT Collective. In recent years, he has collaborated extensively with Swiss pianist Margaux Oswald, releasing three trio albums with her, Frode Gjerstad, and Aurelijus Uzameckis.
